Overview Run by Ski Inspired, this is a luxury chalet being offered to the British market for the first time in 2011/12. The Chalet consists of 4 twin rooms and 4 duplex rooms with a cosy lounge and dining area and the rooms offer the best views in the valley. The ski hire shop, ski lockers and first lift of the day are all a 40 metre walk on flat ground from the Eira.

Location Tanau is at 1700m (1 mile above Baqueira), the richest area in the valley where the king has a house.

Rooms All rooms (4 doubles, 4 duplex) are decorated and finished to a high standard and include flat screen TV, mini-bar and safe. Rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday. In duplex rooms the sofa bed pulls out and bed made every evening for guests. Pull out beds and cots are available – please request at time of booking.

Meals Hearty breakfast, afternoon tea, and a 3 course gourmet evening meal. Children's meals available on request.

Facilities Pleasant lounge area, spa facilities (available at extra cost), ski hire and lockers next to the chalet. Ski Inspired minibus available for clients to explore valley. Childcare Childcare is available in the mornings from Monday to Fridays from 9am until 1pm,
for £30/32 € per day per child (Mon to Fri only) including lunch.
You can book 5 days (Mon to Fri) for £135 or 142 € (a 10% discount).
Alternatively you may wish to book a private nanny/babysitter for an hour at an time, for £15/16€ per hour.
Childcare takes place at the chalet, which has is a large outside area to ensure children have great fun in the snow on sunny days!

Offers Discounted lift passes are available for all clients. 6 day passes cost £160 or £170 depending on high or low season.
Discounts are available on the smallest twin room(10% discount on normal price for 2 sharing, single supplement 50%).

Prices Prices are per person based on 2 adults sharing & Include: 1/2 board, afternoon tea, evening canapés, 5 mornings guiding or 3 mornings lessons.

Occupation: Recommend 24 max based on 4 duplex rooms with 4 people each and 4 twin rooms with 2 people each . It is possible to accommodate more as follows: 4 duplex rooms taking 2 adults plus 2 small adults on a sofa bed , 3 large twin rooms taking 2 adults plus 1 child on a pull out bed and 1 small twin room taking 2 adults. It may be possible to accommodate more by squeezing an additional child in these rooms on a pull-out bed but the rooms would be cramped (no more than 2 clients in total in the small twin) . We would charge £50 for this child (under 2 free) (e.g. we can offer this to a family of 5 who want a duplex room or a family of 4 who want a large twin room if it helps with their holiday).

Duplex Rooms: 4 large duplex rooms on 2 levels with a lounge and bathroom on the ground floor and twin/double bed with bathroom on the mezzanine level. All rooms with TV, safe and minibar. 1 of the duplex rooms only has 1 bathroom where as the other 3 duplex rooms have 2 bathrooms. 3 Sharing 20% discount on total price, 4 sharing 25% discount on total price
Twin Rooms: 3 large twin rooms and 1 small, all ensuite with TV, minibar and safe.
Smallest twin room: Single supplement: 40%, 2 sharing 10% discount on room.
Other twins: Single supplement 50%.
Children: When staying with 2 adults the following discounts are offered, Under 2 free, 2 to 5 - 60%, 5 to 11 - 50%, 12 and over - full price (see 3&4 "sharing" discounts)
Pull-out beds for children: Pull out beds and cots available.
Chef Night Off: Every Wednesday is the chef's night off so a meal is offered down the valley or in the hotel next door. The chalet bar will still be open on Wednesday evenings.
Parking: If you have a car then we can offer underground parking at the chalet - please contact us first.
Getting Around: We have a 9 seater (8 clients + driver) minibus. There may be a small charge depending on distance of the journey.
Early/Late Season: The resort is open from 27/11/11 to 09/04/12, if you can tie in your holiday outside of the dates listed in our table above, we can offer the chalet to groups on a B & B or bespoke basis.
