Overview This is a pleasant 2 star in a good location on the main road. It offers good rates, superb location for bars and restaurants and free indoor pool. There is a small relaxed bar where smoking is permitted and a separate screened off area for a small lounge in the middle of the hotel. There is a nice terrace area outside the bar, which attracts the sun. The management are friendly at the Edelweiss but don't speak English.

Location Arties - 4.5 miles from resort. Access to slopes is via public transport - but the bus stop is directly outside the hotel, or the Ski Inspired bus.

Rooms There are 25 en-suite rooms of a good standard including satellite TV, phone and safe.

Meals Breakfast and evening meals limited in choice (set menu) but of a good standard. Arties has many superb restaurants within easy walking distance.

Facilities Free heated swimming pool of a good size, sauna and jacuzzi. (Pool unsupervised and must wear a bathing hat).

Childcare None - use creche in resort if required.
